Installations and servicing

We are able to carry out design and installation work and advise on the suitability of a system to meet your needs. All installation work complies with BS5839-1 & 6 2002 and the Disability Act of October 2004 where necessary.

We only use only the latest technology to reduce time on site and the costs to our customers. We are qualified to British Fire Protection Systems Association standards. to further our expertise in the installations to the latest requirments.

Legislation update

Changes to the British Standards:

British Standards relating to the Installation and Maintenance of Fire Alarms (BS 5839) were revised in 2002 to include measures to limit false alarms. The responsibility for these doesn't just rest with system designers, but you are also required to ensure alarms on your premises are serviced and maintained to limit false alarms. The changes have also changed the way in which False alarms must also be recorded in your Fire alarm Log Book. The maximum time allowed between servicing visits is now six months and there has to be a written contract of maintenance.

Data Installations

We can take care of all your office needs by installing a local network from the switch to end users, for PC and IP phone connection. We can supply a router configured to run on a closed network or an ADSL router for connection to the phone line. The full design works around your requirements, with power sockets installed at the same locations for ease of connection.
All cables are concealed and installed in cable management systems to suit your budget.
